Quality Certifications
RC and IFS are two “International quality certifications”. The former is English, the latter is German. They both certificate all the process phases (raw materials, manufacture, hygiene and personal training, hygiene of the structures, analytic and sensorial wine and grape in/out control, etc…) with very strict check inspections and with qualitative standards that are higher than the in force legislation.
To achieve this result, we worked hard for two years in order to implement the controls on every product coming in and out, train the personnel, modify the structures and both the production and bottling plants, pretend that all our suppliers adapt themselves to all these qualitative standards.
Today, we are proud of these certifications because with this operation, the safety of our production is now absolute.
